The Account Manager is responsible for seeking new business while maintaining and growing business relationships within single or multiple accounts. The role will also involve presenting business solutions to existing and new clients, partnering with Recruiting Managers to help clients meet their short and long-term business objectives, while meeting ABMCG’s strategic business goals. Manages the placement of IT professionals (billable consultants, field support, and/or product application support) with the client/s.

New Client Acquisition:

  • New Client Acquisition
  • Marketing, Trade Shows and Events
  • Sales Presentations and closing
  • Build client relationships at the “C” level and with hiring managers who purchase IT staffing/ consulting services to maximize requirement opportunities
  • Cold call prospective leads
  • Utilize the Supplier diversity and procurement channels to open new doors and become preferred vendors
  • Follow up on warm leads
  • Convert hot leads into sales
  • Get new clients on boarded who have IT staffing Recs currently or in future
  • Get IT staffing requisitions from hiring managers of new prospective clients
  • Build a sales pipeline for offering managed team and project based services
  • Become thoroughly familiar with client systems and processes
  • Key contributor to customer RFI, RFP and RFQ responses , Proposal Development, Contract Negotiations

Existing Client Relationships:

  • Achieve business targets for assigned client account/s
  • Work closely with recruiting and project team to ensure delivery of staffing and project requirements
  • Responsible for direct business
  • Map the account - build direct client relationships at all levels and with hiring managers throughout the account organization
  • Become thoroughly familiar with client systems and processes for submitting resumes
  • Communicate and prioritize client requirements
  • Negotiate bill rates with client managers
  • Resolve all client issues
  • Develop account penetration strategy
  • Conduct client meetings to build and maintain relationships
  • Develop and prepare proposals
  • Create sales presentations
  • Submit weekly and other related sales reports

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Finance/English/IT/Sales. Advanced working knowledge of PC and related software applications.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in selling IT staffing services.

Requirements:

  • Utilizes Internet as a recruiting resources: such as websites, social media, networking events, job fairs, etc. to attract talent for the open requisitions
